The Schindler 1000 is part of our new product family, based on our modular platform of high-quality components that deliver smoother, quieter, and more reliable performance.
Schindler 1000 has standardised components and pre-engineered solutions ensuring reliable performance at superior quality standards. This brings benefits throughout the entire life cycle of your lift: easy maintenance, high availability and uptime.
Schindler 1000 features a gearless drive system with Suspension Traction Media (STM) to ensure efficient operation and maximum uptime. Combined with our new, lightweight lift car and upgraded installation system, the ride experience for passengers is not only smoother, but quieter too.
Regenerative drive technology is standard throughout our new modular product family, including Schindler 1000. This reduces energy consumption by 30% compared to conventional technology.
Improving energy efficiency is essential to reduce the environmental impact of lifts and the buildings they serve. Eco-friendly features, such as regenerative drive, LED lighting and stand-by mode while parked, are standard in all Schindler 1000 lifts, achieving the highest energy-efficiency rating class A according to ISO 25745-2*.
*The classification always refers to a specific customer configuration. Usage pattern, load capacity, customer specific options & site conditions influence the final rating.

Schindler 1000 benefits from our machine-room-less (MRL) traction system and compact door drive to optimise space and reduce construction costs.
All main components sit in the shaft, saving construction cost and giving architects more space to work with. Schindler 1000 allows a larger car to be fitted into a standard shaft, with reduced headroom and pit dimensions.
Ensuring adaptation to different code and building requirements.
Suspension Traction Media (STM) saves shaft space and energy by using a smaller motor and sheave. STM is provided with halogen-free cabling and wiring.
The inspection and test panel is designed to be incorporated into a standard door frame. This solution simplifies lift installation, provides easy access, and saves space. The controller is available with halogen-free cabling and wiring loom as an option.
Introduce clarity and comfort in your car with the robust Navona design line. Fresh colours, durable accessories, and the option of five different floors make Navona an excellent choice for residential applications. Elegant stainless steel options are also available for the rear and side walls.
We've designed our operating panels and fixtures to be more ergonomic, making the passenger experience more intuitive, smooth, and error-free. The Linea 100 series uses low-energy multiprocessor controls and operating panels fashioned in stylish tempered safety glass.
Handrails convey a feeling of security. Schindler stainless steel handrails are designed to blend with car interiors, shapes and textures, and can be mounted to the side and rear walls. A range of handrails is available.
Mirrors heighten the sense of space, depth and comfort in lifts. Your lift can be fitted with a half-height safety-glass mirror on the side or rear wall of the car. To comply with EN81-70 both a mirror and handrail are required.
How your lift design harmonises with your building can enhance passenger response to the overall décor concept. We offer a full range of colours to help you fulfil your building’s design potential.
Benefit from our tools, solutions, and latest innovations to support you through the entire product life cycle of your lift. Our lifts are designed to use state-of-the-art technologies from planning to operation.
Our lifts automatically switch to an energy-saving standby or sleep mode during rest periods. In addition, our regenerative drive systems feed the self-generated energy back into the network.
To provide an insight into the ecological performance of our lifts throughout their life, we provide Environmental Product Declarations (EPD). We’ve registered EPDs at the "International EPD® System" for all major lift product lines, taking an important further step in the assessment of the environmental performance of our products, while underlining our continuous efforts toward sustainable solutions.
For information about the environmental performance of our lifts and their full life cycle, visit the EPD website.
